It starts with an hour-long intake session via phone or Google Hangouts. Before the intake, I’ll send you a diet and activity journal, a diet assessment form and a comprehensive health questionnaire. Then we’ll get into the details of your health history, uncover potential causes of your current concerns and set up a long-term program for success!
